Deleting a Change Request

NOTE: It is not recommended to delete change requests from the system.

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab at the top of the window.
  2. In the Document Management section of the list, click Find > Change Request.
    Result: A list of change requests is displayed.
  3. Check the checkbox of the change request to be deleted.
  4. Click Action > Delete.
    Result: The Confirm Delete Operation window is displayed.
  5. Click OK.
    Result: The record is removed from the system.

NOTE: This function can also be performed from the Action menu in the Change Request record.
